Never again it’s not worth the money
Positive: We never received any breakfast. the location was fine
Negative: The receptionist was rude. No one tried to accommodate us. The ceiling was leaking the whole five days we was there. I had to put towels down myself constantly because the floor kept being wet due to the leak it was the worst experience ever it ruined. My whole vacation I couldn’t get comfortable at all that’s unacceptable.

Excellent service, impressive. Condo could jave been more equipped in the kitchen but overall a very nice condo and stay

Very disappointed
Lots of issues with the property. Dishwasher was not working, shower door was missing such that water was all over the floor after a shower, black out blinds were missing in one of the rooms so the kids could not sleep at night. Took a couple of days before some (not all) of the issues were resolved. Very disappointed with host and the condition of the condo. Will not be using this host/location again

Positive: The staff was extremely nice.
Negative: The hotel didn't have heat and most of the time the hot water didn't work. The bathrooms were not clean
